Very good service but unfortunately not enough stock of the boxes I wanted even though the web site showed availability. I was called and informed very promptly.

Everything about the service was great, apart from the cost of postage, which I felt was way too high.

Great product very good service I received very quick..and am very happy

Nice items, seem quality and quick delivery. I really like the tri planters (look like they will last). The plastic boxes for storage were just perfect.

Can’t fault this supplier. Quality products and quick delivery. This is the second time I’ve used them and would recommend them to anyone.

Exceptional quality at this price, I was genuinely surprised.. Delivery was super quick, with the boxes well packaged to avoid any damage.

No care at all at the packing. Very loosely packed even without sealing over cardboard. As a result, one of the boxes was broken in transit. A bit of disappointment.

I made two orders from PBS. The first I made on the 13th and it did not arrive until the 25th. A week after I ordered I had to call up customer services, somehow one item had gone out of stock after I placed the order and that was holding up the whole order. It shouldn't be necessary to call up just to get your order dispatched, at least I could have been told of the problem. Once I got hold of PBS, the fix was easy, just changing the missing item to a different colour of the same box.The second I ordered at 1330 and two of the three boxes were on my doorstep by 0900 the next day, which was very impressive. The other box turned up a bit later on another van - this was fine but a little confusing as the dispatch note doesn't say how many boxes your items are coming in.For both orders, when they did arrive both seemed well packaged but unfortunately there was damage to one item in both. After sending in a picture of the damaged item to the support contact, this was sorted out very quickly and a replacement dispatched. All the times I contacted support they were very friendly and helpful (both phone and email) but I really shouldn't have had to call in at all for the first order!
